Kleijn Wanner Productions is a flexible manufacturer of small to medium sized series of High Frequency switching power supplies and ferrite transformers. Since 1989 we manufacture all kinds of HF switching power supplies and converters from approximately 50 VA up to 10.000 VA, mainly for OEM customers. Most of our products have been developed in house by our own engineering department. Being one of the very few companies in Europe that manufactures its own ferrite transformers we also manufacture HF switching equipment designed by and for other companies.

Distributor for Solon
Apart from developing and manufacturing our own and OEM products we are also distributor in the Benelux for Solon. Solon is a company quite similar to KWP in size and philosophy. ASP focusses on developing and manufacturing high quality DC-AC true sinewave inverters for recreational, industrial and transportation applications and they have an outstanding reputation in the solar inverter market. The product line is mostly complementary to ours so we can offer our customers a broad line of high quality products.

Facilities
Of course we have a well equipped R&D department with all the necessary know how. We also have a large stock of components to avoid delays as a result of shortages. In our production we have modern equipment not only for the assembling of all components on the printed circuit boards but also for producing tailor-made cooling-blocks and ferrite transformers. As a result we can also produce small quantity orders and even 1 piece orders for prototyping and 0-series. For checking and (burn in) testing we have all necessary equipment and, if necessary, we design and built product- or customer specific test equipment ourselves. We can even do burn in testing from -25°C up to +125°C.

Products
We develop and manufacture all kinds of standard and customer specific High Frequency switching AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC and AC-DC converters from 50 Watt up to 10.000 Watt. Most of them with isolation between input and output. For the Benelux we are also distributor for the DC-AC true sinewave inverters from Solon.

Quality
Since 1997 we are an ISO 9001 - 2000 certified company for the development and production of our products. Of course all our products are designed from the beginning to comply with all necessary standards.
