Recently we are ISO 9001-2008 certified for the development and production of our products. Certification is an important issue for a lot of customers as it proves that we comply with the ISO standards. But quality is more than a piece of paper that shows the certification and has a lot (if not all) to do with the management and employees in a company and their attitude towards quality. In the end they are the ones that not only have to follow these procedures but also must have the motivation and willingness to notice and correct any problems, even when it is not the direct responsibility of those persons.

We are proud to mention that KWP had a steady growth with healthy results for more than 10 years already. We achieved this without reorganisations and we never had to lay off employees. As a result most of our employees work for KWP for many years, are highly motivated and have a lot of experience which leads to a better quality.
